RCF presents new active speakers NX 945-A and 932-A

RCF merged remarkable audio performance and tour-ready versatility for musicians, bands, and DJs. The new bi-amplified 2,100W electroacoustic design provides impressive sound pressure levels, also when used in open-air applications and at long distances with unbeatable sound quality.

The combination of purpose-designed transducers, advanced DSP processing, and a constant directivity waveguide produces coherent coverage to the listening area with distortion-free sound.

NX 9 can operate as either the main system or as a floor monitor. This flexibility makes it a smart choice for a wide range of live sound applications, with maximum strength for intensive use on the road, but also perfect for fixed installation.

With 2,100 W power, the 2-channel NX 9 Class-D amplifier is 50% more powerful than previous models, able to manage extreme sound pressure levels with an ultra-fast attack, realistic transient response, and very low heat loss.

The ND 840 and ND 940 Compression Drivers in pure Titanium with respectively a 3-inch and a 4-inch voice coil allow for a crossover point at only 800 Hz and 650 Hz. This allows a better impulse response, fast decay, and superior efficiency. Lightweight and powerful, RCF neodymium drivers provide optimum performance and reliability.

The advanced woofer excursion management increases linearity and improves bass punch with a radical new approach. BMC extends the lowest audible frequency without affecting the transducer’s stability, limiting over-excursions for greater reliability and superior performance at high volume levels.

Blending RCF proprietary FiRPHASE and Bass Motion Control algorithms, perfectly tuned for each model, the audience will experience absolute clarity for vocal reproduction and deep, powerful bass. The rugged all-wood cabinet is easy to carry and can be secured for installation on a pole, flown-, wall-, or truss-mounted using multiple rigging points available.
