With the slogan “Beautiful speakers built with passion”, Void is present at NAMM 2018 with a simple yet appealing open-space stand, following the aesthetic appeal of its own products.
Amongst the models exposed here are the well known series of Incubus and Air, as well a particular configuration formed by a Stasys X V2 sub – dedicated mainly to touring, with its 3200 Watt RMS produced by a double 18″ that works over a 30Hz – 180Hz ±3dB – frequency range. The original Air Motion system is capable of delivering 134dB continuous and 138dB peak, thanks to the three 12″ sources for the low frequencies, 8″ for the medium, and 1.5″ for the high frequencies. The speaker has a total dispersion equal to 60° horizontal and 50° vertical.
Also on display is the small yet powerful Air 8, a passive two-way speaker with a typical English company design, equipped with 8″ woofers for low frequencies and a 1″neodymium compression driver for high frequencies. This makes for a total power equal to 119dB continuous and 121dB peak, with a frequency response of 55Hz – 20kHz at ± 3dB at a dispersion of 90° x 90°. Air 8 is the ideal tool for those who want high quality sound in environments such as bars, lounges, restaurants or as a support for a larger P.A., in large spaces such as clubs and discos.
