Tobias Buchwald from Adam Hall spoke to us about the main features of the Spotix line from Cameo Lighting.
The series is made up of two models, Spotix 4 and Spotix 7 (4 LEDs and 7 LEDs), two flat pars with 30 Watt LED COB RGB and an aperture angle of 30°. Another particular feature is the possibility of controlling single pixels to enable to have pixel-mapping effects. Moreover, they also have a separate channel for colour temperature management, able to work independently from the RGB channels.
Spotix Light fixtures can be controlled by means of six different DMX modes, with sound-to-light function or managed as Standalone, Master or Slave. They are also equipped with 3- and 5 pin XLR for the DMX signal input and output and powered by Neutrik Powercon.
We really appreciated the particular focus on colour temperature management, which enables this fixture to be used in TV applications too.
