Futurelight Infinity – The Final Frontier Has Fallen

Endless Pan and Tilt rotations for Moving Heads: Futurelight presented the well-received Infinity series at the Prolight+Sound, which enables movements without limits.

The endless rotation occupies an extra DMX channel and can be added when needed. Positioning is programmed like for “normal” Moving Heads, where you can switch the Pan angle between 630 and 540 degrees and where the Tilt angle has 270 degrees. Futurelight presented three Infinity models at the Prolight+Sound in Frankfurt.

Spot, beam and washlight available
A totally new LED Moving Head is used as spot. The DMH-75 comes with a powerful LED with 75 Watts, rotating gobos, many colors, motorized focus and a rotating prism. The beam angle can be set between 13 and 18 degrees.

The already very successfull PLB-130 was expanded with the Infinity feature and covers the beam sector. The heart of this spot is an Osram Sirius HRI 132 Watt discharge lamp. The spot radiates at 2 degrees and has, besides 14 dichroitic colors and 17 gobos, a motorized focus and a rotating prism. Despite its compact size and light weight, the spot knows how to dominate, even on bigger stages.

Established technology is also used for the washlights. The Eye-7 RGBW will be available in an endlessly rotating version, too. Seven Quadcolor LEDs from Osram with 10 Watts each provide a great performance in this extremely compact head.

The classic PLB-130 and Eye-7 without Infinity will still be available in the product range.
