SAE Institute, the world’s largest audio, video and multimedia academic institution, has joined forces with Sam Ash Music, a leading pro audio and musical instrument retailer for over 78 years, to become educational partners. New value added programs and discounts for both SAE students and staff, as well as educational seminars in conjunction with Sam Ash Music Stores will be combined in this new strategic alliance.
With this new program in place, all students currently enrolled in classes at any of SAE Institute’s 3 U.S. campuses (New York, Nashville, and Miami) are eligible to receive discounts on products purchased from Sam Ash. Student discount cards will be presented in order to receive discounts on selected items.
SAE institute’s long-standing record of top-quality audio education will also come into play as a series of in-store seminars on introductory recording techniques will begin at Sam Ash stores in the New York, Nashville, and Miami areas. These seminars, taught by certified SAE instructors, will give Sam Ash customers both a educational overview of the basic recording processes, as well as provide insight to SAE’s vast network of educational resources.
“We are pleased to have formed this educational partnership with Sam Ash Music, one of the most respected names in music throughout the world” states Tom Misner, SAE Institute founder and CEO. “We hope that by bringing value added programs like this to our students, we can continue to grow in all areas of academic excellence.”
Paul Ash, Sam Ash Music President stated “Bringing together this partnership with an educational facility as well regarded as SAE is a step in the right direction for all aspects of our market. Not only are we able to provide students with more attainable tools essential for their education, but we are also able to offer quality information and workshops to our customers through our new in-store programs with the SAE educators. We hope to continue to broaden our relationship with the students through the these programs in the future.”
